Located at 223 Avenue B South

Accepting Men's Clothing and Winter wear

Drop-Off Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m
Friday 9:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m.

Note: Clothing Depot is located 1 block over from the main Food Bank & Learning Centre building.

2. The Bridge (The Bridge On 20th St Fellowship Centre)

Located at 1008 20th Street West

Please call first to see if they have space: (306) 382-2855

Drop off door is on west side of the building, ring the DONATION bell.

Donations: Furniture and Appliances

Saskatoon Open Door Society is unable to accept furniture, mattresses or pillows. Several community organizations are able to accept these donations. Not only will you be helping Afghan refugees, but refugees from all over the world and many people who live in poverty in Saskatoon.

1. MCC Village Green Furniture & Appliances

Located at: 308–20th Street West

Drop Off Hours:

Monday -- Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Drop off at backdoor, ring buzzer, and will assist unloading.

Can request free pick-up service of furniture: (306) 665-0102

 

3. Westside Community Centre

They maintain a list of families needing furniture.

Contact Sharon at (306) 222-8737

  • Send a photo of the item to the cell number above.
  • Sharon will contact you with further information. 

The Center cannot store your furniture. You would donate directly to a family.

2. Mission Thrift Store

Located at: 810 Circle Drive East

Drop Off Hours:

Monday – Friday  10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Drop off at backdoor of building and will assist unloading.
