We are dedicated to provide immigrants and refugees with services and programs to assist them to integrate into the community. If you have any concerns or feedback regarding our services, we have a process of addressing it.  Please note this is our internal procedure and does not exclude or disqualify the client from seeking other external or legal options that may be available.
