Saskatoon Open Door Society News

The Business Ready Program is for immigrants who are actively seeking work in the areas of management, finance, administration, computer science and marketing. It is designed to assist internationally trained business professionals recognize their skills and gain confidence to obtain suitable and sustainable employment within their field of expertise in Canada. The program runs for 8 weeks in-class and 8 weeks of one-to-one counselling and support.

The program also includes the opportunity for a speed mentoring and interview session with RBC. 

Eligibility is for those who: 

- Are legally entitled to work in Canada

- Speak, read, and write English at CLB level 6-7-8

- Have work experience in a business-related field

- Have a post secondary education in a non-regulated profession (i.e. banking,  management, administration)

Interested participants can find out more about the program by attending one of the upcoming Information Sessions at 129 3rd Ave North, Saskatoon Open Door Society building. Registration can be done after the session.
