Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the Third Avenue United Church – Upper Hall, 304 Third Ave. N. Saskatoon, SK S7K 2JI. Doors open for registration and membership renewal at 6:00 p.m. for members unable to renew their membership in advance. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. All are welcomed, however, to vote, you must ensure that you are a member in good standing.

• Individuals whose memberships have lapsed for less than one year from the previous AGM may renew their membership at the AGM and be deemed to be members in good standing and be allowed to vote.

• Individuals who have never been members or whose membership has lapsed for a period of more than one year from the previous AGM must have been members in good standing for fourteen days prior to the AGM.
