Fast Track to Employment provides orientation and certification to increase employability in the hospitality, retail, production and manufacturing sectors. Newcomers’ career interests, skills and abilities are assessed to provide career guidance. Participants receive assistance with:

 Setting employment goals and developing action plans for now and the future
 Developing resumes, cover letters, job search and self-marketing skills
 Coaching and support to access job opportunities in the specified sectors
 Acquiring industry-specific vocabulary as well as job management skills 

To be eligible, participants must:

• Legally able to work in Canada
• Able to speak, read and write English at CLB 3-5
• Motivated to find Employment
• Available to attend classes

All participants must also attend an information session before registration. Information sessions are being offered on the following dates:

October 18, 2012 at 9:00am
October 23, 2012 at 6:30pm
October 29, 2012 at 4:00pm
