- Training in job skills to succeed in customer service or office settings
- Canadian customer service skills training & certificate
- Increase public speaking, job search and interview preparation skills
- Greater understanding of Canadian culture and workplace expectations
Eligibility:
- Must be a Permanent Resident
- Must speak, read, listen and write at CLB 4+
Classes:
- Part time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)
- 3 times per week for 6 weeks
- information sessions held prior to class intakes
- Individual job coaching for 4 weeks after course completion
