Saskatoon Open Door Society would like to invite you to attend their virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Current SODS members are eligible to vote on matters presented at the AGM. If you are not yet a member or your membership has lapsed for longer than one year, you will need to become a member 14 days prior (by June 8) to the AGM. Memberships that have been expired for less than one year will need to be renewed by Monday, June 20.

Closer to the event date, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the AGM.
Please note that according to SODS Consitution and By-laws, members wishing to bring a matter forward at the AGM must submit the matter in writing to the Society Office, attention the Chair, Board of Directors, four (4) weeks prior to the AGM (by Wednesday, May 25).
