To be eligible, an employer must be registered in Saskatchewan and cooperate with the Saskatoon Open Door Society on promoting immigrant* employment outcomes.
1. The total number of collaborations or partnerships with the SODS Employment Services Unit within the current year (60% of the total score);
2. The length of the partnership with the Saskatoon Open Door Society over the years (40% of the total score).
*Here, the term immigrant refers to recent and established newcomers whose educational and work experince was mainly obtained outside of Canada.
